Sales Team Leader – Full-Time
Compensation: $6,000/month

Become a team leader at ClickFuzz and help local businesses attract more customers with our unique promotional campaigns. Our direct mail marketing solution delivers better results than traditional marketing methods, and businesses love the impact it has. This role is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the local economy by helping businesses while being social and enhancing your sales expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Local Business Engagement: Conduct daily visits to various local businesses to present and explain the advantages of our Big Bertha Deals postcard campaign.
- Team Management: Train and manage a team of 3-5 members. Educate and motivate the team members to sell our services.
- Sales Conversations: Actively engage with business owners, showcasing how our campaign can significantly boost their visibility and customer base locally.
- Business Prospecting: Identify and target potential businesses within the designated area that are poised for maximum impact and optimal results from our campaign.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners to foster trust and loyalty, encouraging ongoing participation in the campaign.
- Logistics Management: Receive boxes of postcards, organize them, and ensure timely delivery to the post office for distribution.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Must own a laptop or iPad for tracking & sales presentation.
