My nose and apart of my face was crushed from a bad traffic accident which has really taken a toll on my social life. I was looking for a reliable cosmetic surgeon to fix my face so I could feel confident when going out again. The doctors really know how to treat a patient, I felt very calm and was actually excited about the surgery. I’m over the moon with the job I got here! The welcoming, spotless office and specialized surgery center made me feel at ease. The entire process, from the initial consultation to the post-operative treatment has been quite encouraging. The doctors are lovely people. The surgery went surprisingly well, I’ve received a ton of compliments. This is one of the greatest liposuction surgeries according to my massage therapist.
I recommend this plastic surgery clinic, they did a fantastic job with my upper eyelid surgery, blepharoplasty. I’m giving presentations as a part of my job during meetings and my eyes were showing signs of age which I really didn’t like and I feel like everyone noticed as well. This surgery was something I really needed and I feel better about presenting in front of people which I feel is helping my presentations.

I made the decision to proceed with a full mommy makeover following a drastic weight loss. To ensure that I can put myself in the best possible position for safety, my surgeon told me what to realistically anticipate. Everyone is so kind and goes above and beyond to make me feel at ease throughout this process.
We both agreed that if she had another child, I would give my wife a mommy makeover. So I gave in. The doctors helped me plan her surgery, and she was fantastic throughout the entire procedure! They were always there to assist and always put us at ease whenever we had a question or worry. I’m not a patient, so I am unable to provide a personal testimonial, but as the husband, everything went smoothly and well. One month after her surgery, my wife is overjoyed with the outcomes the doctors provided.

Excellent experience at Affordable Plastic Surgery! Post-op a wonderful experience. Love the receptionist and the nurse who handled the messages! I felt secure the entire time thanks to her. I really appreciate it.
The aftercare was excellent. The nurse took care of all of my sutures, showed me how to drain them, and instructed me on how to take care of my stitches for the following few days until the seven-day checkup. They took very good care of my sutures.

I had eyelid surgery done here and I was very pleased with the staff and there expertise. The facility is clean, they make sure to sanitize everything, I was most worried about an infection afterwards but everything went so smoothly. Hi ! My procedure was performed just a few hours ago, and everything went well. I can’t say enough how wonderful my nurse was. She and her sister were both incredibly warm and made sure that all of my inquiries were addressed. They kept in touch with me during the entire procedure and even after the operation. If you’re having surgery with APS, they won’t let you down!

APS performed an abdominoplasty with 360 lipo on me five months ago. I can’t express how grateful I am for the amount of service and consideration I received, not to mention the outstanding outcomes. I made the decision to go from Florida to North Carolina and stay there for nine days to rest. I’m overjoyed that I made this decision. The doctors made sure that my mother and I were at ease while staying there care since they recognized the effort and commitment it took for me to travel there. The doctors were always available, whether it was for after-hours calls or changing my medication so I would experience the least amount of pain. Even when I got back home, the doctor virtually conducted follow-up visits. I absolutely love the results!

Everything I required was well taken care of before, during, and after surgery by the cosmetic surgery team. My upper lip underwent a scar repair treatment, which was nearly painless and resulted in a significant reduction in the amount of tissue there. I had Affordable Plastic Surgery perform a replacement breast augmentation on me. All I can say is that I am quite pleased with my results.
